LEX-AIRE has several systems for spraying tanning solutions.
We have turbine systems that can be used in the tanning booth.
Lex-Aire turbines are made with an all metal cabinet and are compartmented inside to separate intake air from exhaust air. The units also contain sound insulating foam.
We also have a system that can be located remotely and power one or several booths simultaneously, for the ultimate quiet spraying.
LEX-AIRE has both bottom feed and top feed guns. We recommend the Top Feed version for good balance, ease of cleaning, and weight.
The LX-30C Tanning Model comes complete with a 2 stage turbine, 10 foot air hose, 5 foot flexible extension hose, Top Feed Pro-Series Spray Gun with an 8 ounce cup, Owner's Manual, air control valve and quick connect.

* The LX-90 or LX-200 can be used to supply an entire salon and multiple booths from the same turbine.
* The unit comes with a 1 1/2" NPT outlet, to which PVC can be plumbed to multiple booth locations.
* The advantages of using the Whole Shop Unit is that the remote location greatly reduces noise to only that coming out of the spray gun.
The LX-90C includes the turbine unit with 1 1/2" outlet, a Pro-Series Top Feed Gun with 8 ounce cup, a 10 foot air hose with 5 foot extension, air control valve and quick connect.
Purchaser must complete the plumbing between the turbine unit and hose. Call us if you have any questions, it is not very difficult to do.
